How do I choose the right feel/firmness for my sleep style?

Most people don’t actually need to know mattress terminology, they need guidance.

 

We look at how you sleep (side, back, stomach, or combination), what you’re currently experiencing (pain, restlessness, poor support), and what you’ve liked or disliked in past mattresses.

 

From there, we help narrow things down to what will actually work for your body, not what’s trending or labeled “best-selling.

How does delivery work? Will my mattress be shoved in a box?

Yes. We deliver mattresses flat and fully prepared, NOT shoved in a box!

 

Our white-glove delivery team brings your mattress into your home, sets it up properly, and removes the guesswork from the process.

 

It’s designed to be simple, respectful of your space, and ready for sleep from day one.

 

We don’t believe a mattress should be built around shipping convenience. Compressing and rolling mattresses saves money...but often at the expense of materials and longevity.

 

Simply Luxe mattresses are handcrafted and delivered flat so they perform as intended from the start.

Do you ship outside of North Carolina?

Yes, we work with customers beyond North Carolina.

 

Availability can depend on location and delivery logistics, which is why we recommend calling first.

Do you offer a comfort trial or guarantee?

Yes. We offer a Comfort & Confidence Guarantee because it takes time to know if a mattress is truly right.

 

Sleep on your mattress in your own home. If adjustments are needed, we work with you to make it right.
