We have just received our Twilight Luxe pillow top mattress. The delivery company accidentally tore a small hole in the underside of the mattress. I called the number provided to see if the tear would negatively affect our warranty. The owner and CEO of Spring Air Mattress Company answered the phone and assured me the warranty would be in tact. He also said, “You’ve purchased a great mattress, but if you have any problem with it, call me. We’ll find a solution.” Spring Air is an international company. Try calling Serta-Simmons or Sealy and see if the CEO answers the phone! I was shocked and very impressed! I expect the mattress will be as good as the personal service of the company CEO.
