To guarantee that you get the maximum comfort and support, please follow the guidelines below:

• Make sure the bed base foundation is in good condition and well ventilated.
• We recommend rotating your mattress every month to maximize its comfort and lifespan.
• Keep your bedding clean and use a mattress pad. Stains of any kind will void your warranty.
• Do not remove the law tag at the end of your mattress, as this has the identification needed to establish your warranty rights.

The Mattress Grove/Spring Air Product Warranty

This limited Mattress Warranty applies to the following defects:

Mattress –

• Body impressions greater than 1-1/2″ only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching MattressGrove/Spring Air foundation with an appropriate frame. The frame should include a rigid center support for queen and king sets. A rigid center support is equal to a support that extends from the frame to the floor.
• Coils or wires that are loose, broken, or protruding through the mattress fabric.

Foundation –

• Splitting of the wood frame, defective, loose, or bent beams.

This limited Mattress Warranty does not cover the following:

• Comfort level/preference or firmness
• Fabric Stains, soiling or burns
• Mattress Odor
• Body impressions of less than 1 ½”. This is normal and represents the conforming of the surface to the shape of a sleeper
• Damage to mattress due to misuse or neglect
• Damage of the perimeter border rods caused by bending or incorrectly moving the sleep set
• Bed Bugs and Dust Mites
• For Latex and Memory Foam mattresses: normal change in softness and recovery time in these materials with time. This does not affect the relieving qualities of these mattresses.
• Transportation and Inspection Costs.
